Debra Wilson is the current Director of BRIDGES at Riviera Beach. In addition to her excellent partnership development skills, and resourceful nature Debra is an astute critical thinker with a strong passion for her community and seeing growth and progress in others.

We are great because of the community voices that contributed to the development of this local system of care for families. That includes city leaders, organizations, churches, and people with homeless experiences.
Founder/President
Terri Ferguson, LCSW is a 30-year Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has built a career off of helping people and organizations move forward through the use of innovative ideas, data, and consistent application over time. Her gift for vision, rare passion for purpose and measurable progress often results in exceeding the status quo.

Ann McLaughlin
Board Director
Ann McLaughlin, EA is an experienced tax preparer and educator. She has leadership roles within the Toast Masters Association and has served on multiple non-profit boards within Palm Beach County.

Tamara Wimberly

Board Director
Tamara Wimberly has approximately 10 years of experience as a trainer, liaison, and logistics specialist for Florida Public Utilites. She is a gifted and passionate orator and choses to use her gifts to effectively serve others and the causes she believes in.
